There are many ways to study the Word, including but not limited to

• topically → choose a topic and look for references in the text
• chapter by chapter → choose a book and a chapter, then study that passage
• characters → choose a person from the Bible and study them
• words → choose a word that is significant in the text and investigate its meaning
